Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Sales, Support (Preferable), Customer Success or Businesses operations.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS is an advantage.
  • Worked on customer support platforms like Ticketing, CRM etc.
  • Should have led a team of 50+ team members.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Strategising the growth path for the company in terms of Product adoption (Revenue), Client Happiness, Churn reduction, managing telecom operations & analysing the performance of teams and the process to ensure better results.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to build smooth processes across. Work with sales team and product teams to drive alignment across. Work with the marketing team to drive customer engagement.
  • Build analysis & insights to understand customer segments and usage behaviour and drive strategy for usage. Understand telecom usage, type of issues, support & tech support processes, gaps etc.
  • Drive revenue growth and cost optimization for customers. Suggest product and process changes to drive both growth and cost-effectiveness.
