Call Center Job for 10th Pass
· Handle a team of call center executives
· Management reporting, SLA adherence
· Interact with all stakeholders on the ground to resolve the problems faced by the Call center & field staff
· Work closely with the Government agencies including Senior Citizens Department, Police, RDOs, Collectors, Panchayat, District Rural Development agencies, Legal services authorities and others who are responsible for senior citizens’ safety, pension and wellbeing.
