BPO/Call Center Executive Job for 10th Pass
- Resolves product or service problems /complaints; determining the cause of the problem; select & explain the best solution through designated departments for further investigation, with defined TAT and resolution matrix
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Responsible for both customer service satisfaction & score improvement on satisfaction parameters during audits and surveys
- Responsible for quality and high value consumer retention with individual attention and proactive reach out approach/attitude
- Responsible for ORM—Digital Media/Online Reputation management,
- Singularly responsible for delivering the resolution in defined TaT [turnaround time], in co-ordination and through follow ups with other departments and functions- Minimal escalations
