10th Pass Job – Call Center
Interact with all stakeholders on the ground to resolve the problems faced by the Call center & field staff
Work closely with Government agencies including the Senior Citizens Department, Police, RDOs, Collectors, Panchayat, District Rural Development agencies, Legal services authorities, and others who are responsible for senior citizens’ safety, pension, and well-being.
Conduct meetings/outreach programs.
Work with a network of NGOs, resource persons/organizations, community-based groups, volunteers, and state and district-level authorities. The team will work with partners for ensuring service delivery and timely redressal of grievances.
