- Responsible for both customer service satisfaction & score improvement on satisfaction parameters during audits and surveys
- Responsible for quality and high value consumer retention with individual attention and proactive reach out approach/attitude
- Responsible for ORM—Digital Media/Online Reputation management,
- Singularly responsible for delivering the resolution in defined TaT [turnaround time], in co-ordination and through follow ups with other departments and functions- Minimal escalations
- Responsible for a zero active issue and 100% resolved brand track record
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, exchange/replacement orders, as well as actions taken.
